About

Hi, I’m Elisabeth.

I’m an independent NDIS Support Consultant and Early Childhood Early Intervention specialist in the Northern Beaches. I provide support and information for people living with a disability.

Whether you’ve been given funding and need support managing your budget, or you have yet to begin the process of obtaining NDIS support, I can help.

I guide you through your NDIS application, help you implement your plan, and connect you with local support services in your area.

My Approach

With decades of experience in Disability Support and Early Childhood Early Intervention, I know how disability impacts people’s lives and their families.

Having access to local networks is essential to being able to fully participate in the community. This is why I do what I do. I aim to promote inclusion and diversity through social connections.

I listen carefully. I act with integrity, compassion and respect. I know you know what you need, all I do is make the process easier through providing information, guidance and support.

My goal is for you to reach your goals. I do this by finding solutions to your problems so you can live the life you want.

My Experience

I began my career working with children experiencing complex delays and disabilities, and families experiencing high levels of disadvantage. I now have over 30 years’ experience in Disability Support and Early Childhood Early Intervention.

I have a Postgraduate Certificate in Early Intervention and Special Education and a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) from Macquarie University. I’m also a Member of the Australian Early Intervention Association and the Australian Early Childhood Association.

In 2004, I published Like a Family, Telling Stories: Celebrating 20 Years of Community Respite Care for Children and Adults with Disabilities on the Northern Beaches 1982 - 2002. I wrote this book for parents who needed to find respite but found it difficult letting other people look after their children.

Most recently, I worked as a Local Area Coordinator helping people access and implement NDIS plans. I have written and actioned plans for over 300 people living with complex disabilities and chronic medical conditions and connected them with support services that have helped them live a fuller life.
